I'm a family medicine trained physician, and practice lifestyle & obesity medicine. My goal is to help you lose weight & improve your overall metabolic health. My experience in the field began when I lost about 70lbs myself over the last few years. I used everything I learned from my own journey, along with my medical knowledge, to educate & help my patients lose weight. As I helped my patients lose weight, I was also able to help them get off of their blood pressure & diabetes medications. Their whole lives improved. They were healthier, had more energy, were moving better, felt happier, & felt like whole new people. A common downside my patients faced was that they had to buy a new wardrobe. Most would say that's not a bad problem to have if they're losing weight.

I believe lifestyle and obesity medicine should be the bedrock of healthcare to make our population healthier. Join me at my lifestyle and obesity medicine practice, Valiya Health, to improve your health. If you need to lose weight, let's start there.

I have a virtual practice in Michigan and Ohio, & I also have physical locations in Ohio. I hope to be in Michigan physically as well soon. Hope to help you on your journey.
