Ashli B. Wilson has master’s degrees in Biology and in Higher Education. She is currently a Program Manager at the Michigan Medicine. In her current role, she supports the work of 120 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leads and implementing the Michigan Medicine the 5-year DEI plan. Her work also includes consulting with departments in Michigan Medicine to promote health equity and providing trainings including LGBTQIA+ and implicit bias. Ashli has over 8 years’ experience working in a variety of roles related to Social Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and prides herself on advancing equity and inclusion of underrepresented groups.
