KRISTI ARTZ, MD, DIPABLM INTENSIVIST, CCMS
Kristi is a practicing physician and leader within the growing field of Lifestyle Medicine.  She has implemented food as medicine programs focused on diet-related disease prevention and reversal within a large integrated health system where she founded a medical specialty practice in Lifestyle Medicine.  She applies firsthand knowledge of health system strategy, integration, and payer and value contracting to advance the field of Lifestyle Medicine.
Kristi is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, an Intensivist of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist through Health Meets Food.  She is the Medical Director of Lifestyle Medicine at Corewell Health, formerly Spectrum Health.  She was the 2022 inaugural recipient of the ACLM Special Recognition award for Advancing Lifestyle Medicine in Health Systems.  She is a frequent presenter at national conferences on the topics of Lifestyle and Culinary Medicine, food as medicine, and health system implementation.
