Dr. Elizabeth Haberkorn is Associate Medical Director at MedNetOne Health Solutions, where she leads strategic initiatives to strengthen integrated, value-based care across Michigan’s primary care and behavioral health systems. She supports independent providers in advancing population health approaches that improve outcomes for patients with complex needs.
As a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing, Dr. Haberkorn teaches in undergraduate and graduate programs with a focus on advanced health assessment, primary care, and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. Her clinical and academic work centers on preparing nurse practitioners to lead in interdisciplinary, recovery-oriented systems of care.
Her recent research focuses on the role of peer recovery coaches in supporting justice-involved individuals with opioid use disorder. Dr. Haberkorn presents nationally on addiction care, primary care transformation, and innovative models for behavioral health integration, and is an active member of AANP, ASAM, and AMERSA.
