Christopher A. Pohlod DO

 After completing an undergraduate OMM fellowship, Dr Pohlod graduated from Pediatrics Residency in 2006.  He went to work at MSUCOM in general pediatrics for 8 years and then joined the OMM department in late 2014.  He now practices OMM and integrative medicine for children and adolescents and teaches first- and second-year medical students.  With a background in patient safety, and medical leadership, his main interests include childhood adversity and resilience, qualitative interview analysis in the realm of OMM effectiveness and developing and advancing modern Osteopathic principles and practices.
